¿Cuál es el horario de atención?

Our business hours are from Sunday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 07:00 p.m.; the last massage is done at 04:30 p.m.

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 07:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 05:30 p.m. We recommend confirming reservations at this time to check availability and get confirmation.

¿Dónde están ubicados?

We are located inside the Salt Cathedral, 180 meters underground. Find details on how to get there on the Visit Us page. To enter the Cathedral you need an entrance ticket, which is included in the prices of the relaxation experiences.

This ticket costs $61,000 (COP) for domestic visitors and $98,000 (COP) for foreign visitors and includes the basic plan: entrance, audio guide, Nucuma 3D film and mapping projection.

¿Debo llevar alguna ropa en especial?

You should not wear any type of special clothing, Desal will supply everything you need for the massage. We recommend the use of comfortable shoes and clothing since you’ll need to walk approximately 1 km to reach the spa.

¿Puedo realizar el pago en el Spa?

In order to make the reservation and for it to be effective, the total amount must be paid in full. If full payment is not made, the system does not block the time slot in the agenda and our staff can assign the chosen time slot to another paying visitor.

¿Tengo que realizar reservación?

We suggest that you confirm your reservation from Monday to Friday to review the available agenda, the times, and the day. If you cannot make a reservation in advance, the service will depend on the availability of the therapists. It means that at the moment you will be informed if there is availability and what the waiting time will be.

¿Puedo obsequiar algunas de las experiencias?

You can give the experience you choose within the portfolio as a gift voucher 🎁. It will bear the name of the person who is going to enjoy the experience and can be sent physically in a maximum of 2 to 3 business days (Outside Zipaquira) or digitally the same day during business hours or the next business day.

The voucher is valid for 2 months after its purchase.

¿Después de realizar la reservación qué debo hacer?

Once the payment has been made and the reservation confirmed, we willsend you instructions and recommendations for the day of the reservation. It is important to provide contact information for better communication.

¿Cómo puedo realizar el pago?

If the reservation is made through WhatsApp +57 (300) 750-2396, we have 2 payment methods. The first one, is a bank transfer to our Davivienda account. The second option is that we send you a PayU link where you can make the payment by credit card, PSE or cash. As soon as the payment is made, the reservation will be effective and entry instructions will be sent.

If you make the purchase through our website www.desal.co you can schedule the experience or massage in the Spa section and you can make the payment directly from the page through PayU’s secure servers. Once the payment is received, we will get in touch with you with instructions and recommendations for the reservation.
